Perfect for a quick and easy dinner, seasoned with lots of salt and pepper and seared in cold pressed English rapeseed oil, before whacking it into a really hot oven for 8-10 minutes before serving it with mash and greens. Alternatively slice into strips and use it in a stir-fry.
