Made with whole pork leg we use the traditional method to dry cure our gammon for 11 days to give a fuller flavour, before cooking it in cider, made from the apples grown in our orchard, with some herbs and aromats grown in our garden.
Notes from the kitchen
Our sliced ham makes for a simple but very tasty filling for any sarnie. I always combine it with a homemade chutney or a touch of wholegrain mustard to really set off the flavours
