This is a larger joint, perfect if you're cooking for a crowd. Season the skin with coarse sea salt, pepper and cold pressed English rapeseed oil. Cook at medium heat and our top tip is to use a meat thermometer, once its core gets to 74 degrees, you should have a beautifully cooked moist roast leg of pork.

Delivery: If you order before 12 noon Monday to Friday you can receive your items the following day. For deliveries in the Surrey Hills our drivers will deliver direct to your home in our refrigerated vans. Further afield we have a unique packaging system that keeps your meat ice cold in transit, what's more it's totally recyclable too so it won't cost the earth. We dispatch your items overnight and you will receive a text from the carrier to confirm a delivery time slot.
