Q : Is there a minimum order?

A : Yes, it's £25.


Q : Where do you deliver?

A : We deliver to the whole of mainland Great Britain for orders over £25.


Q : What are your delivery charges?

A: Local delivery is free to the following postcodes:

  • - All RH postcodes
  • - All GU postcodes
  • - All KT postcodes
  • - And also CR3, CR5, SM7, SM2, SM3 & SM4, SW20, TW1, TW2, TW9, TW10, TW11, TW12, TW16, TW17, TW18 & TW20

For all other postcodes we have partnered with APC Overnight to deliver your ‘farm to fork’ produce direct to your door.

Charges are as follows for mainland Great Britain delivery:

  • - For orders £25 - £49.99, delivery is £8.50
  • - For orders over £50 - £99.99, delivery is £5.50
  • - For orders over £100, delivery is free
  • - For gift hampers, delivery charges are already included in the price.

Q : Can I track my delivery?

A : Yes, but only for deliveries made by APC Overnight.  On the delivery day you will receive a text or an email from APC Overnight giving you your live tracking code and an estimated time of delivery.


Q : Do you deliver yourself?

A : Yes, we deliver orders within Mole Valley to the following postcodes ourselves:

  • - All RH postcodes
  • - All GU postcodes
  • - All KT postcodes
  • - And also CR3, CR5, SM7, SM2, SM3 & SM4, SW20, TW1, TW2, TW9, TW10, TW11, TW12, TW16, TW17, TW18 & TW20

Q : What do I do if my delivery doesn’t arrive?

A : Your can track your delivery, which is fully insured, through the APC Overnight app or on their website. If however it doesn’t arrive please contact us and we will arrange a re-delivery.


Q : What do I do if there’s a problem with the contents of my box?

A : Please get in touch, ideally sending us a picture of the issue.
