At Hill House Farm, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service throughout our supply chain and right to your door. We have spent a lot of time working out the best way to send you your ‘farm to fork’ produce, all wrapped in just the right amount of carefully selected temperature insulated packaging that’s more environmentally friendly.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to the whole of mainland Great Britain for orders over £25.
Local delivery is FREE to the following postcodes:
- - All RH postcodes
- - All GU postcodes
- - All KT postcodes
- - And also CR3, CR5, SM7, SM2, SM3 & SM4, SW20, TW1, TW2, TW9, TW10, TW11, TW12, TW16, TW17, TW18 & TW20
For all other postcodes we have partnered with APC Overnight to deliver your ‘farm to fork’ produce direct to your door.
Charges are as follows for mainland Great Britain delivery:
- - For orders £25 - £49.99, delivery is £8.50
- - For orders over £50 - £99.99, delivery is £5.50
- - For orders over £100, delivery is free
- - For gift hampers, delivery charges are already included in the price
How It Works
When placing an order with us you will be able to pick your preferred delivery date. Once you’ve completed your order you will receive a confirmation email from Hill House Farm, which will have the delivery date on it.
All Local Delivery (please see postcodes above) orders will be delivered on Tuesday to Saturday in our refrigerated vans by the Hill House team.
All other deliveries will be done by APC Overnight. On the delivery day you will receive a text or an email from APC Overnight giving you your live tracking code and an estimated time of delivery.
Leaving Your Order Safe
It would be great if you could be in when we deliver, but if you’re not just tell us somewhere safe, cool and dry to leave your order, like a shed, garage, porch or a friendly neighbour. Simply pop your instructions in the comments box before you complete your order.
Refunds & Returns
Customer service is important to us and we truly want you to be happy with your purchase and our products. If, for any reason, you have an issue with your delivery, please let us know as soon as you possible.
