Made with whole pork leg, our Sliced Ham is made with the traditional method to dry cure our gammon for 11 days to give a fuller flavour, before cooking it in cider, herbs and aromats. Once cooked the hams are glazed, before being cooled then sliced.

Our sliced ham has incredible texture and flavour, the slices are thicker and unlike many a sliced ham there's no added water so you will really notice the different in flavour and taste.

Notes from the kitchen

Our sliced ham makes for a simple but very tasty filling for any sarnie. I always combine it with a homemade chutney or a touch of wholegrain mustard to really set off the flavours.

For pancake day why not combine our ham with Sussex Charmer cheese to make the perfect cheese and ham savoury pancake!
