Boned and Rolled Leg of Lamb is a classic cut for the perfect roast. Produced from our flock of grass fed Southdown sheep, Hill House Farm lamb is hung for at least seven days to help a fuller flavour to develop.

Notes from the kitchen

We like to season this classic up with rosemary and garlic before roasting it and serving it up a little bit pink with roast potatoes, fresh asparagus and baby carrots all topped off with some of our lamb gravy and a smidgen of mint sauce.
