Lamb Burgers with Garlic and Rosemary and Pistou

Hill House Farm's Lamb Burgers with garlic and rosemary taste terrific with this simple pistou, sandwiched between a brioche bun.

Serves: 4 people


4 Lamb Burgers, with Garlic & Rosemary from Hill House Farm

4 Brioche Buns, sliced
4 Cheddar cheese, sliced
1 Tomato, sliced
1 Red Onion, sliced
1 handful Mixed salad leaves, washed and dried

For the Pistou

Mint, 1 small handful
Parsley, 1 small handful
3 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, finely grated
¼ tsp Garlic granules
Salt & black pepper


  1. Blend the ingredients for the Pistou together in a food processor, season and set aside.

  2. Cook the lamb burgers on the BBQ or grill to your liking, top with a slice of the cheese.

  3. Assemble the burger on the base of the brioche, drizzle with the Pistou and top with the lid.
